搅拌摩擦焊S 线特征模型 Model for S-Line Characteristics in FSW

[ 摘要] 建立搅拌摩擦焊S 线特征模型,阐述了S线特征产生的规律及其在焊核中的分布形态。将S 线特征处母材简化成刚性质点,借助XY 面、XZ 面内S 线特征处刚性质点的运动轨迹,描述了S 线特征的产生规律。在XY 面内,S 线特征以焊接步长μ 为周期分布在焊核内。在XZ 面内,轴肩影响区内S 线特征不明显且刚性质点具有向前进侧运动的趋势,搅拌针影响区内S线特征呈不规则曲线形状分布在焊核内。通过6005 铝合金搅拌摩擦焊S 线特征的试验研究,验证了S 线模型的合理性。利用该模型分析了S 线特征与板厚的相关性、搭接界面上翘等工程问题,并提出解决措施。 关键词:S 线特征模型 待焊界面 刚性质点 焊接步长

[ABSTRACT] The characteristics of S-line in friction stir welding joint including its generating law, location morphology are expounded, furthermore, the model is established. The parent material is simplified to rigid particle,and following up its motion track in XY, XZ planes,the generating law of S-line is elaborated. In XY plane, Sline distributes cyclically in nugget zone with interval of μ, whilst, in XZ plane, S-line fails to be clearly seen and is prone to move towards advancing side in shoulder-affected zone; Meanwhile, it manifests in irregularly-shaped curves in pin-affected zone. The assumption is verified by AA6005 welding experiment carried out by friction stir welding. The S-line model presented in this paper puts insight to relative engineering application.
