  创始人简介：张铁浩，男，1977 年生，毕业于材料科学与工程专业，正高级工程师、国际焊接工程师。具有20多年高速列车和城轨车辆焊接行业从业经验，主持搅拌摩擦焊在铝合金车体中的工程化应用工作。2014年创办中国搅拌摩擦焊网（www.fsw.net.cn）。

标准制定与学术成果：主持起草企业技术标准 6 项，参与制定铝合金搅拌摩擦焊国家标准2项、中国焊接协会团体标准2项及中国机械工程学会团体标准1项；发表学术论文20余篇，获授权专利50余件。

专业能力与行业认可：深耕铝合金焊接和打磨领域，具备丰富的焊接工艺设计与技术培训实战经验；曾荣获中国质量协会、中国中车、青岛市等机构颁发的质量技术奖、科学技术奖等多项荣誉。

人才资质与行业地位：先后获评第二届中国中车技术专家、第三届中国中车资深技术专家。
